Terms and Conditions
zStarter is a base project intended to help you begin software development with a prepared structure and selected starter features. By purchasing or using zStarter, you agree to the following terms.
1. Project scope
zStarter is supplied as a starting point, not a finished application tailored to your business. Its included screens, code, features, and documentation are limited to what is described at the time of purchase. Any feature, design change, integration, content, or workflow outside that description requires separate work and may involve additional charges.
2. Setup and customization
You are responsible for reviewing whether zStarter meets your requirements before using it in a live project. Customization, data migration, hosting, domain setup, deployment, app store submission, and third-party account configuration are included only when expressly stated in your proposal or invoice.
3. Third-party services
zStarter may rely on external tools, libraries, APIs, or platforms. Their availability, pricing, terms, and continued compatibility are controlled by their respective providers. Any fees charged by those providers are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Use of the project
You may use and modify the delivered project for your own business or the specific client project for which it was purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or offer the unmodified base project as a competing starter product without written permission.
5. Delivery and review
Please review the delivered files and report any missing items or issues against the agreed scope within the review period stated in your proposal or invoice. Requests for new functionality or changes to approved requirements will be quoted separately.
6. Support and maintenance
Ongoing technical support, updates, security monitoring, bug fixes arising from later modifications, and compatibility work for future platform versions are not included unless a support arrangement is agreed separately.
7. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for testing the customized application before launch and for complying with laws applicable to your business and users. zStarter is provided based on the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Defenzelite Private Limited is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized changes, misuse, third-party outages, or use of the project beyond its intended purpose.
The agreed proposal or invoice takes precedence where it specifies different project terms.
